Monolith Completes Renovation in Memphis, Tennesse

Monolith has recently completed a conversion of a long-standing Country Inn & Suites to an impressive new Fairfield Inn & Suites in Memphis, Tennessee. Monolith was responsible for all the exterior & interior renovations. With an all new EIFS system, new porte cochère, Green Tea Lobby package, renovated fitness center, and all new guest rooms and corridors; Monolith put this property back on the map. Monolith also handled all the FFE install, door replacement, granite tops, bath & shower surrounds, tile, carpet, vinyl, paint, etc. Check out these pictures of the amazing transformation!

Monolith Launches Interior Design of New Projects

Monolith Interiors Group has recently launched the design of three new projects across the country. These projects include the Courtyard by Marriott Embassy Row in Washington DC, the Residence Inn in State College, PA, the Courtyard by Marriott in Boone, NC, the Courtyard by Marriott Conversion in New Bern, NC, and the Courtyard by Marriott in Charlotte, NC. Our design team has produced some truly amazing concepts and designs and are very excited to see the completed product! Please stay tuned for pictures and further updates!

Monolith to participate in the 2010 HD Expo & the Hotel Business Design Roundtable Event

Monolith was invited by Hotel Business Magazine to participate in a round table event at this year’s 2010 HD Expo in Las Vegas.  The roundtable will will cover “FF&E Sourcing: Domestic vs. Import,” a critical industry topic that has become increasingly top-of-mind among hoteliers, architects, designers, general contractors and purchasing agents.  Discussing the benefits and drawbacks of where and how products are manufactured promises to make for a lively and interesting discussion.

MONOLITH COMPLETES DESIGN OF RESIDENCE INN LANDFALL IN WILMINGTON, NC

Monolith has just completed the design of the Marriott Residence Inn in Wilmington, NC.  The design incorporated pieces of the Residence Inn Innfusion Scheme, but was totally custom to incorporate the surrounding beach areas.  This gatehouse lobby renovation will be completed this year.

MONOLITH PARTICIPATES IN 2009 IHG LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE IN WASHINGTON DC

header_BannerMonolith recently participated in the 2009 IHG Leadership Conference in Washington DC.  With this trip, Monolith not only was able to meet many of the existing and new IHG brand owners and operators, but will also be working towards preffered vendor status with IHG.

During the show, the owners of the Holiday Inn World Congress Center in Atlanta, GA were awarded the 2009 IHG Overall Design/Renovation of year award.  Monolith acted as the guestroom interior designer and the lobby and public spaces designer, FFE purchaser, and renovation contractor.  Way to go team!

Monolith Hospitality recently received the 2009 Top Construction Company award from Hotel Business magazine.  This awared signifies that Monolith Hospitality has participated in many aspects of the industry, from servicing customers around the country in their hotel renovations to attending industry events like HD, Brand Expos, and NEWH events.  We would like to thank Hotel Business for their support and recognition of Monoltih Hospitality.

Monolith Hospitality Completes Renovation of Springhill Suites – Seattle, WA

Monolith Hospitality recently completed the lobby renovation of the Springhill Suites in downtown Seattle.  In order to bring the hotel more walk-in business and create a better experience for customers, Monolith Hospitality was hired as the Interior Designer, FFE Purchasing Agent, and Renovation General Contractor to reinvent this property.  Based on Marriott’s new Springhill Suites prototype scheme, Monolith customized the design for a renovation, and brought in some “Seattle Flare” to the property.  With all new finishes, millwork, granite tops, high-end focal points, and FFE, the lobby is truly stunning.

Next up in the process is the guestrooms, which will be getting a complete overhaul by Monolith Hospitality.
