Monolith completed the renovation of the guestrooms and corridors in the summer of 2011. Partnering with some of the industry’s most highly regarded firms, Monolith was able to completely transform the hotel’s guest experience. Managed by Hilton, designed by Stonehill & Taylor, FFE purchasing by Carroll Adams Group, and construction by Monolith.
The guestrooms received an all new Casegood package from Klem Hospitality, carpet from Signature Hospitality, all new finishes, bathroom vanities by Five Star Architectural, and an overall complete facelift. This Doubletree is ready to compete with all of the full service hotels in the area!
