Monolith has recently completed a conversion of a long-standing Country Inn & Suites to an impressive new Fairfield Inn & Suites in Memphis, Tennessee. Monolith was responsible for all the exterior & interior renovations. With an all new EIFS system, new porte cochère, Green Tea Lobby package, renovated fitness center, and all new guest rooms and corridors; Monolith put this property back on the map.
