With the White House and countless other national landmarks located mere footsteps away, this beautiful downtown property will receive a completely custom take on the Refreshing Business Lobby worthy of its posh location and historic architectural features. High-end design elements created specifically for this hotel—such as an illuminated, floor-to-ceiling glass mural, leather mosaic walls, and custom lighting fixtures—will emanate modern elegance. Team Monolith will also be overseeing the procurement for this job, and construction is slated to begin in July.
