Monolith is wrapping up our 12th Courtyard Refreshing Business Lobby Renovation at the Courtyard by Marriott Round Rock – Austin, TX. Monolith acted as the renovation General Contractor as well as manufactured the custom millwork & Corian package for the property. This renovation took 8 weeks, and received all axe minster Tai Ping carpet, FF&E, vinyl, wood look tile flooring, registration pedestals, focal wall, community table, S bar, media pods, go board, business center, market, theatre wall, coffee station, quick print, fitness center equipment, and more. We hope to complete roughly 20 Courtyard renovations in 2012!
