Monolith Interiors Group has recently launched the design of three new projects across the country. These projects include the Courtyard by Marriott Embassy Row in Washington DC, the Residence Inn in State College, PA, the Courtyard by Marriott in Boone, NC, the Courtyard by Marriott Conversion in New Bern, NC, and the Courtyard by Marriott in Charlotte, NC. Monolith Completes Design for Two New Projects
Thursday, March 3rd, 2011Monolith recently completed the design for two projects that will go in to construction in the coming months. The Hampton Inn at the Atlanta Airport will receive a custom Perfect Mix Lobby package, as well as new Jump Start Fitness Center, meeting room, and corridors. We also completed the design for the Marriott Courtyard Refreshing Business Lobby at the Courtyard in Highpoint, NC. Both of these projects will go in to the procurement phase and prepare for construction to be completed by end of summer, 2011.

Thursday, March 3rd, 2011Monolith recently launched the renovations of the following projects:
Homewood Suites – Pinehurst, NC: Monolith has provided turnkey design through construction services for this property. Incorporating a more traditional design that works will with the heavily golf influenced surroundings, all of the guestrooms, corridors, lobby, & public areas will be transformed to be the most sought after extended stay hotel in the area.
Residence Inn – Erie, PA: Monolith completed the design for the lobby areas in January of 2011. Launching construction in February, Monolith will bring a much needed facelift to this dated property. Located next to a waterpark, the hotel will incorporate new buffet, registration, market, community table, and dining areas. We look forward to the finished product!
Marriott Courtyard Refreshing Business Lobby – Nashville, TN: Monolith is the general contractor & FFE installer at this property near the Nashville airport. Managed by Marriott, this is Monolith’s first opportunity to work directly for Marriott. Monolith has been working hard to become Marriott Preferred Vendors for hotel renovations and we look forward to the opportunities that lie ahead.
Clinton Inn – Tenefly, NJ: The is an exciting renovation of a boutique property. Composed of guestroom, guest bath, and corridor renovations, Monolith is partnering with architect firm Thomas Hamilton Associates to put this property back on the map.

MONOLITH BEGINS RENOVATON OF TWO MARRIOTT COURTYARD REFRESHING BUSINESS LOBBIES
Friday, December 17th, 2010Monolith began the renovation of two Marriott Courtyard Refreshing Business Lobbies on November 15th, 2010. Located in Princeton, NJ and Lake Norman (Charlotte), NC, both lobbies will incorporate the Transformation package. With new registration pods, s bar, communal table, go board, and business centers, each property expects to be able to better compete in their markets. Both projects will be completed simultaneously at the beginning of January 2011. We look forward to the finished product.
Monolith Completes latest Courtyard Refreshing Business Project
Friday, December 17th, 2010Monolith recently completed the millwork package for the renovation of the Marriott Courtyard in Atlanta, GA. Manufacturing the S-Bar, Communal Table, Media Pods, Registration Pedestals, Market, Quick Print, Go Board, & Business Center, Monolith partnered with Moline Construction for a new “CYRB” here in Atlanta. Monolith Participates in 2010 Hilton Expo

Monolith is a Preferred Vendor under Supplier’s Connection for Hilton Hotels. We were proud to participate in the 2010 Expo this October in Orlando, FL. The event incorporates numerous conferences and meetings for Hilton branded hotel owners, managment firms, and franchisees, as well as a five hour show for the Hilton Preferred Vendors.
Monolith has worked hard over the past six years to ensure each and every one of our Hilton customers are provided the highest level of service, quality, and experience. We make it our duty to be on top of all the brand standards, schemes, and trends.
