Monolith recently completed the renovation of the Clinton Inn in Tenefly, NJ. This marks Monolith’s inaugural boutique hotel renovation, and another milestone for Team Monolith.

Monolith recently completed the design for two projects that will go in to construction in the coming months. The Hampton Inn at the Atlanta Airport will receive a custom Perfect Mix Lobby package, as well as new Jump Start Fitness Center, meeting room, and corridors. We also completed the design for the Marriott Courtyard Refreshing Business Lobby at the Courtyard in Highpoint, NC. Both of these projects will go in to the procurement phase and prepare for construction to be completed by end of summer, 2011.

Monolith recently launched the renovations of the following projects:

Homewood Suites – Pinehurst, NC: Monolith has provided turnkey design through construction services for this property. Incorporating a more traditional design that works will with the heavily golf influenced surroundings, all of the guestrooms, corridors, lobby, & public areas will be transformed to be the most sought after extended stay hotel in the area.

Residence Inn – Erie, PA: Monolith completed the design for the lobby areas in January of 2011. Launching construction in February, Monolith will bring a much needed facelift to this dated property. Located next to a waterpark, the hotel will incorporate new buffet, registration, market, community table, and dining areas. We look forward to the finished product!

Marriott Courtyard Refreshing Business Lobby – Nashville, TN: Monolith is the general contractor & FFE installer at this property near the Nashville airport. Managed by Marriott, this is Monolith’s first opportunity to work directly for Marriott. Monolith has been working hard to become Marriott Preferred Vendors for hotel renovations and we look forward to the opportunities that lie ahead.

Clinton Inn – Tenefly, NJ: The is an exciting renovation of a boutique property. Composed of guestroom, guest bath, and corridor renovations, Monolith is partnering with architect firm Thomas Hamilton Associates to put this property back on the map.
