JEFFERSON, GA (April 14, 2010) – Gresham Motorsports Park today announced Monolith Companies would serve as the title sponsor this weekend’s 100-lap Pro Late Model main event.

The Monolith Companies 100 will highlight a full program of racing action that will also include feature events in the Outlaw Late Model, Truck, Renegade Street Stock and Mini Stock divisions.

“Russ Sutton and Monolith Companies have been a very good partner to Gresham Motorsports Park since we opened the gates here last November,” said GMP General Manager Dan Elliott. “Time and again, they’ve supported our efforts like sponsoring the Monolith Pole Award for the World Crown 300 and for select races this season. We’re extremely proud to be associated with Russ Sutton and everyone at Monolith Companies.”

Monolith Companies, LLC is located in Alpharetta, GA. The company specializes in the interior design, renovation, and construction of hotels. Monolith Companies also sponsors rising star Casey Roderick, who will compete in Saturday’s GMP event behind the wheel of a Bill Elliott Racing entry.

In addition to Saturday’s racing action at GMP, it will be Year One Cruise Night as some of the coolest muscle cars, hot rods, classics and trucks hold parade laps during intermission.

Saturday’s Gresham Motorsports Park speedtacular will also include the debut of the Funopolis FanTastic Challenge – where adult fans selected in a drawing that evening will be able to race a Funopolis Go Kart for prizes, free Funopolis discount coupons and free GMP race tickets during intermission. Saturday’s lucky race winner will also earn a chance to drive in the championship round of the Funopolis FanTastic Challenge at the 27th-annual World Crown 300 at GMP November 11-14, 2010.

Adult Grandstand and Trackside General Admission Tickets for Saturday’s action-packed GMP show are just $20, Seniors and Active Military Personnel are $18 while Children 6-12 are $10. Children 5 and under will be admitted free and, as always, parking is free.

A limited number of Trackside Car, Pick-Up Truck and Van Parking Spaces (no oversize vehicles) are available on a first-come, first-served basis on Saturday, April 17 for $25 per vehicle.

Spectator and Trackside Gates open at 2 p.m.
