Monolith has just completed the design of the Marriott Residence Inn in Wilmington, NC. The design incorporated pieces of the Residence Inn Innfusion Scheme, but was totally custom to incorporate the surrounding beach areas. This gatehouse lobby renovation will be completed this year.

Wednesday, March 24th, 2010Monolith has recently completed the design of the Perfect Mix Lobby for the Hampton Inn Landfall in Wilmington, NC. The hotel will receive a custom Perfect Mix Lobby makeover designed around the “Cape Cod” feel. All new wood-look flooring, millwork, sliding buffet doors, bar, furniture and finishes will give this property a much needed facelift. Also included in the scope will be all new corridor finishes and brand new bathrooms including vanities, king shower conversions, tile, wall vinyl, mirrors, and sconces.
The renovation will be completed by the end of May 2010. We can’t wait to finish this Hampton Inn and Suites renovation and see the final product!

Wednesday, March 24th, 2010Monolith has recently completed the renovation of the Residence Inn in Raleigh, NC. This property was the first Residence Inn in North Carolina. Monolith was hired to breathe new life in to the Generation 1 Residence Inn Gatehouse lobby. With an all new package based off the Innfusion scheme including new FFE, millwork, study pods, community table, and more, the newly renovated lobby is a much needed refreshment from the original design. Monolith was the designer, FFE Purchasing Agent, and General Contractor. Picture to come soon!!!
