Monolith recently visited Marriott’s corporate office in Bethesda, MD to take a private tour of the prototypical guestrooms for the Marriott Courtyard, Fairfield Inn, Residence Inn, Springhill Suites, and Towneplace Suites brands. Led by Marriott’s Interior Design Manager, Architecture & Construction, Monolith was able to see first hand the design schemes, quality, and reasoning behind each of the unique brands.
With this firsthand knowledge of the brand schemes, Monolith is positioning itself to partner with owners and franchisees to insure that their project meets and exceeds brand standards.
